120347 Salacia, a trans-Neptunian object in the Kuiper belt
120347 Salacia is a trans-Neptunian object in the Kuiper belt in the Sol system. It is approximately 850 kilometers in diameter and a dwarf planet. Salacia was discovered by American astronomers Henry Roe, Michael Brown and Kristina Barkume at the Palomar Observatory in California, United States on 22 September 2004. It is named after the Roman goddess Salacia. It orbits the Sun at a distance slightly greater than Pluto. It has one known moon called Actaea.
