VV Cephei, also known as HD 208816, is an uninhabited system in the Inner Orion Spur. It is located 2,452 light-years from Sol in the constellation Cepheus. The star is an M2 supergiant with a temperature around 3,800 K and a solar radius of 1,050, making it one of the largest known stars in the Milky Way galaxy.
