Grant Keller was a President of the Federation who served from 2976 to 2984.
Under the Keller administration, corporate investment and involvement in all aspects of Federation society increased dramatically. Keller permitted this change in Federal policy in order to replenish government financial reserves that had been exhausted by military expenditures over the last century. After Keller left office, his policy changes were reverted.[1]
